Fat Loss Nutrition - 4 Powerful Foods to Eat on a Diet

Hi guys! In this article I would like to talk about the importance of fat loss nutrition and what foods to eat on a diet.

Fat loss nutrition is the most important aspect of any diet. No diet will work effectively if you are not eating the correct foods on a daily basis.

It doesn't matter how long you run on a treadmill, how many crunches you do, etc., it all comes right down to what is going into your belly.

Foods to eat on a diet fall into just a few simple to understand categories.

Protein: You must get an adequate amount of protein daily for fat loss and to build lean muscle. Your protein sources can come from protein supplements (such as shakes), turkey, all white chicken breast, almonds, fish, and more.
Healthy Fats: Monounsaturated/Omega 3. Some foods you can find healthy fats in are fish and nuts.
Fiber: Excellent fiber sources can be found in oats, whole wheat foods, apples, and more.
Vitamins/Minerals: This should be a no-brainer here. Fruits and veggies. Eating fruits and veggies through out the day should be a simple task. I know fruits and veggies are getting a little expensive nowadays.....however.... The same amount of money it would cost for a pack of cookies, you can get 4 apples. For the same amount of money it would cost for a large bag of chips, you could get broccoli, and a bag of carrots. You see where I'm going with this?
What To Drink?: ½ - 1 gallon of water daily, green tea, and apple cider vinegar. You can also have other drinks such as unsweetened all natural (organic) fruit juices.So you see, no diet will be effective without proper fat loss nutrition.
