2 Lightning Fast Methods to Lose Belly Flab Fast!

Are you looking to lose that stubborn belly flab? I know exactly how you feel! Years ago when I started on my weight loss journey, my main goal was to lose belly flab and do so fast. A long the way, I have learned some simple methods that will help you lose belly flab fast. Read on for more details...

Okay, the first thing you must understand is that you can not just target belly flab to lose fat from. When you lose fat...you lose TOTAL body fat....that's not a bad thing, is it? I didn't think so. Spot targeting fat loss or muscle gain does not work. So, with that said, here are some simple methods to lose just not belly flab, but total body fat.

#1 - Eat frequently.

That's right, the more you eat the more fat you'll lose, the less hungrier you'll feel, the faster your metabolism will be, and the more stable your blood sugar level will be.

Now, when I say eat frequently, of course I mean to still stay within your recommended daily calorie range. So, if based off of your current weight, you should be eating 1800 calories, make sure you eat that amount and don't go past it.....or under it (going under your recommended calorie intake will slow down your metabolism....contrary to popular belief). Start with breakfast (never skip breakfast), and have a small healthy meal every 2-3 hours after.

#2 - SHORT intensity cardio.

Doing long 45 minutes plus on the treadmill walking is not going to help you lose belly flab....fast. If you want a highly effective workout, you are going to have to intensify your cardio sessions.

Some forms of high intensity cardio would be walking on the treadmill but on an incline. I recommend an incline of 6 for beginners and up to 15 for those who are advanced.

Another form of high intensity cardio would be sprints (make it even more intense by doing sprints on a hill).

The great thing about doing these types of workouts is that they are MUCH MORE shorter than typical aerobics and cardio (only 10-20 minutes needed for an effective workout). Doing these types of workouts will melt flab away and will help you lose that stubborn belly flab fast!

The 2 Best Exercises For Losing Stubborn Love Handles

If you are having difficulties losing stubborn love handles, take just 2 3/4 minutes (lol) to read this article I have for you here. You'll learn about the 2 best exercises for losing those annoying and stubborn love handles once and for all!

Okay my friend, before we begin, let's first talk about the core principles of a healthy lifestyle. Why? Because the core principles are vital for removing stubborn flab such as belly flab and love handle flab.

A. - Proper Nutrition - Protein, complex carbs such as whole grains, fiber, healthy fats such as fish and nuts, and foods rich in vitamins and minerals.

B. - Plenty O' Water - Drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces to assist your body in it's efforts to metabolize fat.

C. - Plenty O' Sleep - 7-8 hours of sleep will do a body good!

D. - Stop Procrastinating And Exercise!!

Are you ready for the 2 best exercises for losing stubborn love handles?

1. High Intensity Cardiovascular Training - In order to remove love handles, your body fat percentage must be around 10%. The fastest way to get a low body fat percentage is by doing high intensity cardiovascular training. Some examples of high intensity cardiovascular training would be the incline treadmill and sprints.

2. Resistance Training - Having more muscle on your body will burn more calories than the fat on your body, and therefore you'll lose stubborn love handles faster. So, make sure you place a considerable effort into building lean muscle. The best type of resistance training to do is compound weight lifting. This type of exercise works your larger muscle groups (legs, chest, back), which will lead to much more calories burned. Examples of this type of exercise are squats, bench press, and deadlifts.

What is Debt Settlement and How Does it Work?

Debt settlement involves negotiating with a creditor or creditors to pay off a percentage of your total debts at an agreed upon settlement amount. Often, people choose to utilize the services of a debt settlement company rather than attempting to do it on their own. Debt settlement companies traditionally employs various negotiation strategies to help settle your debts and can eliminate between 40-60% of your original balances.

Being the president of a debt settlement company, I am often asked how debt settlement works. In order to fully understand and appreciate the process that takes place between debt settlement companies and credit collection agencies, consider the following: Creditors know that roughly 30% of the 1.5 million bankruptcies that occurred last year were on debt that was reasonably current. Traditionally, people survive by borrowing from one creditor to pay another. However, this process eventually fails when consumers run out of available credit lines and find themselves unable to make their minimum monthly payments.

If a consumer files for bankruptcy, it is very likely that the creditor will receive nothing of the balance that is owed to them. Therefore, a creditor is better off negotiating with a debt settlement company. Most debt settlement companies work with customers that have legitimate financial problems and honestly need assistance.

The debt settlement process usually takes between 12 to 36 months, so consumers can wait for creditors makes the sensible decision to agree and negotiate. Besides the obvious benefit of debt settlement, another benefit is the help with creditor harassment. Debt settlement companies normally contact all your creditors and inform them that you are working with a debt settlement company and that you are now being represented. This is very important in that it helps minimize or eliminate creditor calls. The standard practice is to direct all communication to the debt settlement company that you are working with. However, it is important to remain cognizant of the fact that original creditors can still contact you legally, but most will comply with such requests.

The most important part of debt settlement is to complete settlement process with your creditors and or collection agencies. In order to do this, it is necessary for a debt settlement company to have you sign a contract and a document that legally authorizes them to negotiate with your creditors on your behalf; this is known as a "Limited Power of Attorney." During the settlement process, you will make a monthly deposit into a "settlement account" that will eventually be used for your debt repayment. As funds begin to accumulate in the account, the debt settlement company will start to negotiate with your creditors. Once a debt settlement offer has been agreed upon, you will need to send that amount, directly from your account, to the creditor. Once the payment has been made, that debt is considered settled in full. You will no longer owe anything on that debt and the account will be closed.

In Jesus Christ We Rise

Give glory and praise to Jesus Christ. Whom raised that temple up out of the grave. From death to life on the third day, just like he said.

The temple of God from which he stayed. While on this earth for many many days. Performing miracles and raising the dead. Forgiving and healing was his passionate way. Though the Roman soldiers and those who didn't know him. Saw him as a threat. When he was truly more, than we could ever hope for or expect to get. While hanging on the cross; he forgave them of that. And still he lives holding no regrets.

He paid a price. We could not pay. He chose to be the living sacrifice. So that we could have life. Leaving lessons, blessings and direction to heaven. Though we be blind. If we only believe and have faith the size of a mustard seed. We can say to the mountain. Be ye cast into the midst of the sea. We should be able to do just what he did.

And that much more. Because he lead the way. All we have to do is open the door. Following his lead to everlasting life. Cause we can do all things in Jesus Christ. Just as we live in this world, we shall surely die. Being born in sin is the reason why. We must confess and be born again. To be among the living. We can thank God for giving us Jesus Christ.

He made a way and provision for life. So lets keep that in mind. And when were laid in that grave. If we believe what he said. And have faith that he is. We also can have another chance to live. When he says rise my child. We can open our eyes. Because we know hes alive. But without faith. You'll lie in the darkness of death in a grave. With out ears to hear. In hell is where you will stay.

Connecting with Nature Mobilizes the Positive

Last summer a friend commented how sad it was that I spent my birthday alone. I did not spend my birthday alone, but began my day in an energizing way with smiles.

I hold the belief that birthdays are "our" days, and on "our" days each of us should enjoy those things that bring us smiles. On the morning of "my" day while enjoying a slice of homemade strawberry shortcake I had a front row seat to a fascinating performance. A doe deer stood watching as her twins, still with their spots, tested the flexibly and speed of their own and each other's legs. They darted and pranced across my lawn resembling ballerinas adding hip-hop to go with the beat of the composition by the local songbirds. Not to be out done by the fawns, a warm breeze danced in my window lightly brushing my hair across my face.

All too soon the doe reminded her twins the day should not be spent in one place, but turkey chicks immediately picked up the pace. The young turkeys chased each other around my spruce tree with wings flapping, which sent a chipmunk dashing for cover in a stone wall. I had no thoughts of bills that needed to be paid, or birthday parties that would not happen. Nature's actors had captivated my thoughts, and every cell of my whole self was content as I enjoyed my connection with nature. I have learned that nature is around me always, and because nature is so full of life, I am never alone. Many years ago, a wise older woman told me if ever I had any questions I could not find the answers to all I had to do was sit quietly in nature. If I focuse on the answer to the question, and listen carefully I can hear the answer coming to me from the trees. There is much wisdom in nature if time is taken to stop, look, and listen. Through nature we can learn that at times our eyes are the greatest obstacle to seeing, our ears the greatest obstacle to hearing, and knowing comes from our heart. We can enjoy nature alone, or share with another who also enjoys the connection.

Walking through my yard I find fragments of shells that baby birds discarded to begin their new life, and plants in all sorts of intriguing sizes, shapes, and colors. Nature is a sensory garden having something to offer each of our receptors that is functioning. However, unless we have learned how to connect with nature we can walk right by those things that can lift our spirits and brighten our days. Wildlife can become motionless as it blends into the environment, thus making it possible for someone to walk by some of the most fascinating things in nature. Connecting with nature gives the presence of mind to notice those fascinating things.

Our primary senses depend upon tissues within our body operating in perfect synchronization with other tissues. The synchronization can be thrown off in thousands of ways, but what does not work does not prevent us from enjoying nature if we can connect with nature. Some years ago, I did an exercise of individually covering each of my primary senses for a twenty-four hour period. I gained a new awareness about the world around me by not being able to rely on some senses at different times. This however is something that I would not recommend you try without the by-your-side support of a close friend.

Connecting with nature can give a new awareness to all areas of life. The easiest way to learn how to connect with nature is to receive guidelines, and there are many teachers like myself that offer day courses. Once you learn the guidelines you can walk into nature seeing it in an entirely new way that touches all areas of your life. I agree with Stewart Udall saying, "Where nature is concerned, familiarity breeds love and knowledge, not contempt."

I also agree that some forces in nature can leave a path of destruction and some creatures might look at me as dinner. But, if we learn to connect with nature we can be prepared, which is the first step to avoiding. Many knowledgeable people are saying if more thought is given to what each of us puts into the atmosphere the fury of the storms will be calmed to what we can handle. To connect with nature is to sit, walk, paddle a canoe, and other things that put nothing negative into the atmosphere. As far as the creatures, all wildlife is part of nature even if some forms need to be viewed from a distance. When you think of how dangerous wildlife is ask yourself when was the last time you saw a drunken bear behind the wheel of a ton of steal having no regard for who gets in his path. Natural energies gained through connecting with nature can make one as high as a kite, but at the same time totally grounded and in control.

Waterfalls, mountains, and the oceans' waves crashing against the rocky shore all have energy that is easily received by any receptors open to receiving. Standing above the tree line on even what might be considered a small mountain allows us to drink in the wonderful energizing tincture of accomplishment. However, nature's energy that gives a tingle to every cell can be absorbed right in your own back yard or on your apartment's terrace. Just like your own body, there are places where the pulse of energy flowing can be more strongly felt. Also just like your own body, energy is everywhere. Usui Reiki Ryoho for example is often called a hands-on-healing, but practitioners learn that energy can emanate through all of the body's pores. All pores of the body equals all that is within, on, and surrounding the earth.

Traveling to high energy spots around the world is exciting, but not necessary to feel the pulse of the earth and connect with nature. Trees in your town or city that are the age of your grandparents or older have an amazing amount of energy to share. Focus on the wings of birds gliding gracefully on the winds' currents and allow your own energy to be lifted by the freedom the winds represent. With both gas prices spiking, and global warming reminding us to cut back on our fuel usage it is nice to know we can learn to connect with nature in even a big back yard and once we learn we can do it wherever we are.

The next time you feel your energy lagging try the following. Set you alarm for an hour or two before sunrise. Go to a clearing where the sun can be seen rising. Some people prefer a field, but having lived most of my life near the Atlantic Ocean I prefer being on the shore looking out to where the water meets the sky. If you live on the upper floors in an apartment building you might be able to go out on your terrace or simply open a window. I have seen some of the most beautiful sunsets from my current kitchen window, and wonderful sunrises from the kitchen window in a home I rented.

Wherever you are when you first see the light of the sun beginning to peak up over the horizon stand up (if in a wheel chair sit up straight) and stretch your arms straight out from each side (or imagine they are out stretched). Close your eyes allowing yourself to drink in the life giving energy of the sun. Stay there until the sun has climbed clearly above the horizon. As long as you are not looking directly at the sun, do not give any worry as to how many times you open your eyes to peak at the sun or how long you keep your eyes closed. Allowing the rising sun to fill you with energy fills the dark worries with light. You can then return to your bed for an hour or two or continue with your day. Either way your day can unfold in a new energized way.

Some common ways of receiving energy from the earth are hugging an elder tree, walking bare foot in the grass or soft moss, or sitting on the ground and digging in your garden. As a Reiki Shihan (teacher) I have learned to store energy within. Sometimes people are not comfortable with extra energies that feel different to him or her. Releasing extra energy is done simply by scooping it up and releasing it back to the universe or taking off your shoes and socks and allowing it to flow through the soles of your feet into the earth. Even if you are in a building, you can still take off your shoes and socks and simply know the energy is flowing through the materials below you feet and then into the earth.

You can read more about Connecting with Nature on my Meditation & Beyond page at my website http://www.naturalhealinglearning.com

The next time you are faced with one of life's challenges to which you can find no answer, sit quietly and allow the winds to bring you the answer from the trees. Connecting with nature is not new age; it is something as old and energizing as the earth itself.

Different Kinds of Allergy Tests

Before, if you wanted to see what you were allergic to you would have to have several tests that could take weeks or months before getting any news back. If your allergy was to something exceptional, it could take years or often you would not even find out what is the cause of your allergies.

If you suffered from seasonal allergies, they may have gone away before the testing clinic was able to see what was bothering you, and you would stop clinic testing and go back to regular life as before. It just took too long to obtain any definite results from tests. This method has all been revamped and is more up-to-date and speedier nowadays, however if you are being tested for allergies, it is likely that you will go through a number of tests still to determine what you are actually allergic to.

This certainly as well depends on what medical history you have. There are three procedures that a clinic or hospital can use to test you for allergies. These are a skin test, elimination test, and a blood test. Indeed each of these tests has its upsides and downsides and a good doctor will be able to decide which one is necessary for you to start with in order to obtain the best results.

Skin Test

This is the most common of the test used to determine allergy substances. This involves placing a small amount of suspected allergens on your skin. Most of the time the area used is your forearm. In some cases this may also include the upper arm or back. The next step is to prick that area of the skin so that the allergen is allowed to literally get under your skin. The process is that if you are allergic to the allergen then you woul have a skin reaction in the next 10-15 minutes. This reaction can include redness, swelling and itching. It should be stated that in rare circumstances this test can lead to a dramatic allergic reaction that includes issues with the respiratory system.

A different kind of skin test is the intradermal allergy test. This test includes using a small needle to inject the allergen underneath the skin. Skin tests are often used to pin point things in the air that you breathe in that might be the cause of your allergy to insect and animal bites as well.

Elimination Test

The next type of test that is used for allergy testing is called the elimination test and is commonly used to pinpoint diet and food allergies. As the name implies the test process will have you add certain foods to your meals or take away certain foods from your meals and then register your reaction. Most of the time this is performed with the food being camouflaged so that no psychological factors can impede the accuracy of the test. You may sincerely dislike or believe you are allergic to something that you may not really be allergic to.

Blood Test

The final technique to test for allergies is the blood test. This process involves taking a small amount of blood that is then submitted to laboratory testing. They will expose your blood to a number of known allergens and look for any reactions to them. This will take the form of your blood creating IgE antibodies that can then be detected. This allows the lab to make a determination to what you are allergic to and to what degree of severity.

UniCAP and RAST are the two most common forms of allergy blood testing. The UniCAP is an almost entirely automated process with the ability to check for a large number of allergens and assign a severity level from 1 to 6 with any it finds. And while blood testing is probably the most accurate way to determine your allergic status it does require specialized, expensive equipment to run the tests. Because of this your hospital or clinic will probably send your blood sample out to a lab to get the work done and this can take time.

Losing Pregnancy Weight Doesn't Have to Be Difficult

If you've recently given birth and expected to lose most of the weight you gained during your pregnancy, you might be in for a big surprise. Most women lose about 10-12 pounds immediately after birth and then 2-4 additional weight after the first week or two (water weight). The problem that typically arises is trying to lose the other weight that you gained during your pregnancy. In this article, I'm going to give you some practical tips to help you get your pre-pregnancy shape back.

Be cautious about embarking on a major exercise or diet program without talking to your doctor first, especially in the first six weeks following your birth. There are a number of things you can do though to get rid of those extra pounds.

1) Breastfeed your baby - Aside from the fact that breastfeeding is very important for your baby, it will also burn about 500 extra calories a day. Now that you've given birth your appetite will most likely decrease, so if you decrease your food intake then you will lose some weight. Be careful when you eventually stop breastfeeding though because you can gain it right back.

2) Sleep, Sleep, Sleep - Getting extra sleep is difficult with a newborn, but it is vital that you not become sleep deprived. A lack of sleep can cause you to gain weight, while getting adequate sleep can help you lose it. Nap when your baby naps and don't use the time to clean the house, it's not the end of the world if the dishes don't get done right away. Ask other family members (i.e. Mother-In-Law) to come over and help out. Believe me, they will jump at the chance to spend time with their new grandchild.

3) Go For A Walk - Babies love to see the world, so make it a habit to go on a walk with your baby in the stroller everyday. Babies and kids are creatures of habit and thrive on routines. If you make it a daily habit of going for a walk, not only will you lose weight, you will stay healthy, teach your baby about the world and make some wonderful memories.

Lose Fat in the Face

Are you looking to lose fat in the face? Well, I have for you here in this article some tips you can apply to your daily life to help lose fat in the face.

In order to lose fat in the face, you must understand that you have to lose total body fat. This is one common misconception when it comes to improving your body. Most people think that they can "spot target" fat loss. Like, lose fat in the thighs, buttocks, love handles, etc. If you want to lose fat in the face, you have to focus on burning off total body fat.

To lose total body fat, you must incorporate all of the basic principles of a healthy lifestyle. Those principles would be proper nutrition (fiber, protein, healthy fats, vitamins/minerals), drink plenty of water every day (1/2-1 gallon), get plenty of sleep every night (7-8 hours), cardio exercise and weight training exercise.

However, there's one principle from the basic principles above that is the most important and will make or break your efforts to lose fat in the face and total body fat. That principle would be proper nutrition.

Not only do you have to make sure you eat the correct foods on a daily basis, you also have to make sure you are eating correctly to keep your metabolism running strong.

When you skip meals, this will slow down your metabolism....especially with skipping breakfast.

To boost your metabolism so that you will burn fat quicker and consistently, make sure you eat 6 small healthy meals daily.

This is really not as hard as it sound. A small meal could be something as simple as a whole grain bagel, a banana, and a protein shake.

Climbing Rose Bushes For Every Garden

Whether you're new to gardening or an old hand, a climbing rose bush provides both beauty and pride to your flower garden or landscape.

One of the benefits of including roses in your garden is obviously the fragrance they provide as well as the gorgeous flowers. Who wouldn't love going outside and basking in the beauty and fragrance of a luscious rose garden?

But in addition to their decorative capacity, the climbing variety in particular can also solve some of your home improvement issues. For example, does your view at home include the plain, drab wall of a building - maybe a garage or utility shed? Or maybe you have a fence that, while still functional, has seen better days.

Because rose vines grow up rather than out, they are the perfect solution to many of these landscaping eye-sores. Although there are many types of plants that can grow with climbing vines, roses are perhaps the most beautiful flower to be had. Why not go for the best and solve your problem with style?

Climbing roses are not difficult to grow. In fact, they can be downright easy - just be sure they will have a good amount of sunshine, good soil and of course, a place to climb such as a trellis or fence. The best part of all for gardeners who tend to lack patience is that these vines will grow quickly.

In order for your vine-filled trellis or fence to look its best, remember to perform the occasional pruning. Shaping your rose vines is not difficult, but you'll need to make sure they are properly trained to grow to whatever you've attached them to. You'll gain the most enjoyment from your flowers when you take these simple steps to ensure proper growth.

It's important to note that climbing roses are not the same as the variety you cut and use in bouquets. They are meant to be enjoyed in their natural, on-the-vine state. Keep that in mind when choosing the best location for your plants - you want to get as much enjoyment from them as possible.

As with other roses, you'll find a wide selection of colors, sizes and varieties to choose from. And there's really no reason to limit yourself to one variety - choose several and have a garden that is uniquely you.

One favorite you might consider is known as Golden Showers. This sunny-yellow rose has ruffled blooms that are sure to brighten up anything it's attached to. If you like traditional red roses, the Rambling Red Rose is also a nice selection. With rich red double rose blooms, this plant is also disease resistant. Another great climber is the Iceberg - and it looks just like its name suggests. This vigorous plant produces so many white blooms that it has been described as a virtual snow bank.

If you want to have a striking garden and landscape, consider adding one or more climbing rose bushes to the mix. Best of all, because these plants are so easy to care for, your friends and neighbors will think you have the greenest thumb on the block.

How to Convince the Employer You Are Right For the Job

How to convince a potential employer that you are the right person for the job lies in the technique that you use to answer job-related queries in the interview, particularly how you communicate to the interviewer that you are the right fit for the job. Before you go to the interview, there are a few things you should be prepared to answer. Of course, a good resume, and good appearance are necessary, but chances are that an employer has already seen enough information on your application or resume considering you as a candidate.

When it comes to landing top jobs in any career, it is important that you are knowledgeable about the jobs, the company, and the market or industry. A potential interviewer will be impressed if you are able to offer well-thought out solutions to problems and seem like you already know what the company does and how they fit in with their competitors. Remember that interviewers are more interested in professionals wanting to pursue a career with the company not those looking for a paycheck.

It is likely that you are changing careers due to job cuts in your previous area of work. If this is the case, be sure that you highlight your transferable skills and not just those that are specific to your past employment. Also, be sure you do not blame your past employers or speak negatively about them during an interview, since they will probably be consulted as references.

Most potential employers look for someone who is positive and upbeat, knowledgeable and personable, and can easily adapt to change while being part of a team. Further, when you are trying to convince an employer to hire you, don't make yourself out to be a super-hero. Instead it is more important to state answers in a teamwork setting. You can always say, "I led my team to the number one spot in the company" to indicate leadership skills, instead of saying "I was the reason we were number one in the company".

You might want to rehearse an interview in front of a mirror or with a friend that will be honest with you. This will make you less nervous during an actual interview. Also watch for facial expressions and the way you say things. While you might not know the exact questions you will be asked, remember an interview is more about finding the proper attitude. Think before you answer any question and try to avoid responses like, "I can't think of anything or I don't know."

Whichever career you want to pursue, it will be your job to convince the employer that you can benefit them. Do your research and find out as much as you can about the company so that you can use it to show the kind of benefits you can offer them in a positive manner. If you convince the interviewer, you may find yourself with a new job and a rewarding career.

Conflict Resolution In The Workplace

As business owner myself, I understand the need conflict resolution in the workplace. Successfully working through conflicts can result in stronger working relationships that promote creative and inspired solutions, while handling conflicts poorly has the possibility of resulting in damaged relationships that inhibit the expression of valuable differences in perspective.

As the phrase "conflict management" implies, there are various ways of handling conflicts. Quite often, conflicts need to be resolved; however, other times they should be encouraged. The word conflict itself is synonymous with problems and difficult situations. However, this is not always the case. Small or insignificant disagreements can encourage creative thinking and innovative solutions to issues that directly impact your group or decisions which groups are responsible for making. The reason conflicts in the office have received such bad reviews in the first place is because of the emotional aspects that seem to follow so closely behind them. When a conflict occurs between team members, it most likely means that there is a strong difference of opinion between two or more individuals. The conflict usually is in relation to interests or ideas that are personally significant to one or both of the people involved in the conflict. Disagreements among colleagues can be beneficial to a group environment, when the focus of the conflict is on finding the best solution to a specific problem. Conflicts among team members often tend to become damaging when their focus is on personal tensions, personalities, or self-gain. Conflicts often have multiple sources of disagreement. This makes it difficult to arrive as a meaningful solution; however, unless the root cause of the problem is dealt with, the conflict might never be resolved.

Conflicts arise between team members for a large number of reasons such as goals, priorities, or responsibilities. Conflicts can also occur due to differing information, ideas or interpretations. Even age can play a factor in conflict escalation. A significant gap in age between people can lead to disagreements due to the fact that people of one generation may not understand the values or traditions of another. Cooperation between older and younger people is sometimes difficult to achieve. Conflicts can particularly become difficult to manage no matter who is involved when team members fail to produce mutually satisfying solutions or when they become personal in nature. It is important to remember that conflicts are disagreements. If a person who disagrees with you is bringing up valid questions, it may benefit you or your group to discuss the issues they are presenting. By listening to what this person or group of people have to say, you may even gain important insight into things that may or may not be working within your organization.

Too often, parties that are involved in a conflict spend a majority of their time talking instead of listening to what the speaker has to say. When one person is speaking, the other individual is busy preparing a response or thinking of additional ways to support his or her stance on the issue, rather than listening to what is being said. All too often, as a listener, one will judge a statement or conversation from his or her own viewpoint without considering the other person's stance. In situations such as these, true communication does not occur; people tend to hear what they want to hear, rather than the point the speaker intended to get across. It is vital that all parties involved in a conflict do their very best to understand the other parties concerns and frustrations. It is not necessary to agree with them but it is important that you let them know that you understand their issues and will do your best to address them in a timely manner. This can be done by asking questions and listening until you have solid understanding of all the necessary information that is needed to make an educated decision. During a conflict the people involved need to stop and truly listen to what others have to say. If this is not done, there is a good chance that an agreement or resolution will be delayed or prevented altogether. It is also important to keep in mind that when emotions come into play, people many say or do things that they will layer come to regret.

Disagreements and conflicts are a part of normal business operations; one might even say that they are inevitable. The challenge lies in finding direct and constructive ways to manage disagreements when they do arise. For the most part, conflicts do not simply go away. People tend to avoid or ignore difficult situations in which they are involved. While this may temporarily alleviate the problem, it is not a permanent resolution. Recurring conflicts decrease productivity and can harm working relationships. Most of the time, recurring conflict occurs because the people involved in the conflict, have failed to address the root-cause of the issue that they are in disagreement about.

Successful conflict resolution requires that people seek out and identify viable solutions that are satisfactory to all who are involved. When team members that are involved in a conflict are open to winning some parts of an argument and compromising on others parts, a plausible solution is more likely to come to fruition. When the traditional office model of a winner and a looser is used to resolve conflict, many times the looser is left with feelings of ill will and resentment toward the team. In the long term, no one is better off. It is important to always keep in mind that both parties are looking for a win/win situation. Neither party involved wants to walk away feeling like they just gave away something for nothing. In fact, most conflicts begin because one of the parties feels like the other party is taking advantage of them. The best way to avoid these types of situations is to realize effective problem-solving and communication within the workplace can not only help employees work together better, but can also improve their overall working environment; however, if this is not possible, keep in mind that not everyone involved in the conflict has to agree on every issue. Sometimes the best solution is to agree to disagree. Attempting to agree with or please everyone involved can sometimes create more problems that good.

Healthy Ways to Lose Weight Fast

If you want to know healthy ways to lose weight fast, I have for you in this article some powerful tips that have proven time and time again to be highly effective to quickly lose weight, burn fat, and build lean muscle.

Weight train: Building muscle is incredibly important if you want to lose weight fast. Focusing strictly on your cardio exercises will not get the job done. You still must do cardio, however, building muscle is of a higher priority to effectively burn fat, and lose weight.

When you weight train, your muscles will require a ton of calories from your body to handle the stress from your workout....thus burning off a ton of calories.

Also, when you rest, your muscles are still burning calories during the recuperation phase. This is why it is so important to make sure you get plenty of sleep and to rest your muscles from your workout....to allow them to grow and recuperate.

Make sure you are getting plenty of protein daily. An adequate amount of protein will also aide in repairing your muscle tissue and will help in building muscle. I highly recommend to have a protein shake before AND after your workout for the best benefits.

As far as cardio, try to limit the amount of cardio you do to around 15-20 minutes per session. Also, try to high intense cardio to make sure you are receiving the benefits of cardio in such a short time frame. Some examples of high intensity cardio would be heavy bag boxing and incline treadmill.

Listen, build muscle and trust me, you will lose weight fast.

Easy Tips to Lose Midsection Fat in Just Days

In order to lose midsection fat...and in order to do so in just day...it's going to take you applying the basic core principles of a healthy lifestyle. No magic, no pills, no formulas, just simple basic easy tips to help you lose midsection fat in just days. Read on to learn more...

Listen, belly fat is stubborn, and in order to lose midsection fat, you are going to have to go after not just total body fat, but also the stubbornness of your midsection fat. The only way, and might I add, "safe way", to tackle midsection fat, is by following the basic principles of a healthy lifestyle.

What are these principles?

It's simple: Proper nutrition, sleep, water, exercise.

With proper nutrition, you want to make sure you are getting plenty of protein (poultry, fish, nuts, protein shakes, etc.), fiber (apples, bran, wheat), complex carbs (whole grains), healthy fats (fish, nuts, olive oil), and foods rich in vitamins and minerals (veggies & fruits).

Getting an adequate amount of sleep every night is an often overlooked factor when it comes to one successfully being able to lose midsection fat, and total body fat. Sleep is vitally important for fat loss. It will allow your body to completely recover and repair from exercise (which during this process, will also burn calories), and thus burn off fat...especially the stubborn midsection fat.

Drink plenty of water daily. 1/2 gallon to 1 gallon of water daily is ideal. I know it's a lot, but trust me, it will pay off in incredible dividends.

Cardio exercise and weight training exercise. You have got to do both. You need cardio to improve heart health, stamina, and to lose midsection fat and total body fat. You need weight training to maintain proper balance, strength, and to burn off even more calories...even while you rest....even after 48 hours from your previous workout!

Curing Hormonal Acne - There IS a Way

Hormonal acne is a major problem for many teenagers and adult acne sufferers alike and it seems to be one form of acne that is almost 'unbeatable'.

That's not true, fortunately, because there are natural acne cures that can beat hormonal acne and you can start doing a few basic things right now to reduce its prevalence (or prevent it altogether).

Hormonal changes are not only perfectly natural but also necessary for any developing and changing body. Those changes can however produce chemical imbalances that can create acne breakouts. Therefore when you seek hormonal acne treatment you're dealing with something internal, natural and curable.

Hormonal changes usually occur, for instance, during a girl's period, pregnancy or menopause or during male adolescence and puberty and women will often have acne problems during their menstrual cycle. It is these changes in the chemical composition and balance of the body that lead to hormonal acne.

There are straight, medical options available to get your chemicals 're-balanced' including anti-androgens and contraceptives. But you need to be very aware that there are often side effects associated with taking these forms of medication so take great care before using them.

You should use a natural acne cure product or a home-made acne remedy if at all possible. These are what we write about constantly and are the things you should take care to ensure are used whenever possible.

You can do a certain amount immediately by way of achieving hormonal acne treatment. Included among these 'cures' are stress reduction as stress can create considerable hormonal activity that will make your acne worse or create it in the first place.

Also, you may have weight issues and excess weight can lead to the creation of androgens and estrogens which can also lead to acne breakouts. Your weight loss will help flush out toxins that create the acne.

Obviously good cleansing is essential to unclog your pores and this will greatly help your skin, but it dealing with an effect rather than cause of hormonal acne. They do, however, all lead to the development of great skin.

Hormonally-influenced acne can strike both teen girls and mature women alike and is usually moderate and it's usually limited to inflammatory papules, as well as small inflammatory nodules and occasional comedones. Hormonal treatment has to be properly planned and controlled and can be very successful, even in severe cystic forms of acne.

Treatment often involves lowering free testosterone and protecting the oil glands from the 'offending' hormone.

There are any number of home-made acne remedies that you can use to deal with the acne itself. You can use a variety of natural, acne cures including garlic, rubbed on to the infected area. Also saliva is a very effective acne-cure which is seldom recognized for the value it has in reducing acne. Enzymes in saliva can be very effective in combating acne.

Honey and cinnamon is also very effective (particularly the 'propolis' manuka honey from New Zealand) and ice rubbed onto acne can help too.

Combating Obesity and Bringing Health and Nutrition Back

The obesity epidemic is the growing trend of individuals and families who resort to fast food or binge eating, either due to not having enough time in the day because of the stresses that go with working 9 to 5, or the lack of knowledge of what a healthy nutritiously balanced meal actually is. People are depriving themselves of healthy nutrients and quality information.

Obesity accounts for 6-7% of total health care costs in several developed countries although the true costs are much greater as not all obesity related conditions are included. These figures are only being spent on the short term effects including procedures such as gastric by-passes, liposuction etc.And of being overweight and clinically obese, medical staff can only provide medicines that cure the results or the symptoms (heart disease, diabetes, liver disease, high cholesterol, bowel cancer, fatigue respiratory problems etc...) all potentially related to an unhealthy diet.

Putting this into perspective this really is an irrelevant spend and must be tackled. With the need for good quality nutrition to be implemented, focusing on the long term plan and being pro-active to prevent the obesity epidemic escalating. And also Reacting to the current situation of people seeking medical attention because of the poor state they find themselves in as a result of a poor diet.

We define obesity by using Body Mass Index (BMI) which is the weight in kilograms divided by the square of the height in metres. A person with a BMI reading of 25 kg/m2 is recognised as being overweight and a BMI of over 30kg/m2 is defined as obese. Currently more then1 billion adults are overweight and 300 million of them are clinically obese. The following information and statistics have been extracted from the 'World Health Organisation', explaining the growing extent with which current obesity levels ranging from below 5% in China, Japan and certain African nations, to over 75% in urban Samoa. But even in relatively low prevalence countries like China, rates are almost 20% in some cities. Childhood obesity is already epidemic in some areas and on the rise in others. An estimated 22 million children under five are estimated to be overweight worldwide. According to the US Surgeon General, in the USA the number of overweight children has doubled and the number of overweight adolescents has trebled since 1980. The prevalence of obese children aged 6-to-11 years has more than doubled since the 1960s. Obesity prevalence in youths aged 12-17 has increased dramatically from 5% to 13% in boys and from 5% to 9% in girls between 1966-70 and 1988-91 in the USA. The problem is global and increasingly extends into the developing world; for example, in Thailand the prevalence of obesity in 5-to-12 year olds children rose from12.2% to 15-6% in just two years.

There is a plan available which covers the long term lifestyle of the individual and has resulted in thousands of British people (tens of thousands worldwide) successfully losing weight and feeling better in them-selves. The program and products have been scientifically researched and clinically proven by top experts across the world including 1998 Nobel Prize Winner Dr Lou Ignarro, whose award winning research of nitric oxide has taken the Wellness industry and in particular research into heart disease by storm. If this does sound like a sales pitch then I do apologise, this was not asked of me from a colleague or the business itself, I am aware of the global situation and have 1st hand experience of what the effects are, I admittedly was not overweight but at 24 years of age I constantly found myself tired and lack lustre after work because I did not have the information or the time to know that this was related to my diet, until I fortunately came across this business opportunity. Another personal case is my mother, calculated as being overweight resulting in considerable strain to her back and since using the program she has steadily lost weight and has not noticed the same pain as before.

This problem needs to be combated head on. Getting the message across needs to start with the individual knowing what is required of them without pushing them too much. It all starts with the willingness of the person to halt this downward situation.

The typical quick start program that is supplied involves meal replacement shakes for breakfast and lunch time (dependent on personal needs) and the requirement of a colourful nutritionally balanced dinner. This could then include protein bars adding extra sustenance throughout the day, Thermal tea derived from green extract, rich in antioxidant nutrients contributing to general feeling of well-being; the nutritional shake mix itself is derived from soy protein isolate: is rich in minerals and vitamins including antioxidants Vitamins A,C,E, that can help fight 'free radical' oxygen molecules and so help protect the body from pollutants and stresses. And many more suited products suited to the individual. All these are quick for consumers to prepare, preventing the need for binge eating which is another important factor as this stops the need for 'catch up' eating and brings more energy and vitality to peoples everyday lives.

A particular case study that can be viewed by going to Herbalife's webpage of success stories is one of a 15 year old girl name Stephanie who dangerously overweight at 226 pounds, suffering from high blood pressure and doctors warned that she wasn't to lose weight, she could be at risk of further serious health problems. Because of Stephani's high blood pressure and other health risk issues, many over the counter weight loss programs were out of the question, Herbalife was the only program the doctors approved of. At 16 years and within a year, Stephanie gradually and consistently lost 100 pounds. Noticing significant results in the first month by feeling energetic, enthusiastic and determined that the program is working.

Lose Belly Fat Diet - Which One Works?

If you are trying to get on a lose belly fat diet, I know it can be pretty frustrating searching for the right one for you. Isn't losing the belly fat, and total body fat for that matter, frustrating enough? In this article, I would like to help you search and find the best lose belly fat diet for you.

Ok, the first thing you have to ask yourself is: What diet will work best for me based off my weight, gender, and goals?

All diets and weight loss programs are specifically tailored to a particular niche. It could be diets for women, diets for men, diets for those that are obese, diets for those trying to lose a couple of pounds, diets for those trying to build muscle, general diets, and on and on.

Once you have that determined, your next step is to not be gullible when looking for a diet. Firstly, common sense should tell you not to expect fat and weight loss in a dramatic short time frame....this is dangerous for your health.

Secondly, yes, you still can still lose weight quickly, but not some crazy claim like 15 pounds in a week!

The next step is to make sure that what ever diet you want to get on has a good track record. If it has worked for others, then there is a good chance it will work for you. Look for testimonials, before and after pictures, etc.

And finally, don't get caught up into those "fad diets"....because they will cause harm to your body, you can end up yo-yo dieting, and ultimately may not see any results at all.
